6 to 1 – Mixed Shots Challenge – *Skip One Round*

DATE/TIME: Sunday, Oct 30th, 2022 at 12pm EST

CONTEST OBJECTIVE: Successfully complete a mix of shots and total scores across 6 rounds. See details below. Note: Some rounds may not require all bags if the player has already reached the required score.  NOTE: Players are allowed to select one round that they want to skip. This must be clearly announced in the video prior to beginning the challenge (include it during your camera setup & distance verification).

BAGS: 4 per round. One complete set. Not mixed & matched. Set of 4 bags must remain the same throughout the event.

THROWS: 4 throws per round. ALL throws in each round are thrown from the same side of the board. Collect bags after each round.

UPLOAD: Players will begin recording at 12pm EST.  Please upload the footage to the BoardPunks Live group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/boardpunkslive) as soon as you’re able, by 1pm EST at latest. We encourage everyone to upload their footage to the group, even if you don’t complete the challenge. We will randomly select two participants (one pro & one non-pro) that upload their content to receive a prize.

BROADCAST: We will review each contestant upload and select some to use for the LIVE broadcast the following night – Monday, October 31st.

In order to win, you’ll need to:

1. Round 1 – score exactly 6 points (2 IN or 1 IN and 3 ON)
2. (Move to throw from the opposite side of the board from Round 1)
3. Round 2 – score exactly 5 points (1 IN and 2 ON)
4. (Move to throw from the opposite side of the board from Round 2)
5. Round 3 – Score 4 points (1 IN and 1 ON or 4 ON)
6. (Move to throw from the opposite side of the board from Round 3)
7. Round 4 – land 3 on the board (bags must remain on board throughout the round)
8. (Move to throw from the opposite side of the board from Round 4)
9. Round 5 – make 2 slide shots (must make on the throw, can’t drag)
10. (Move to throw from the opposite side of the board from Round 5)
11. Round 6 – make 1 airmail

Players must also film the setup which consists of measuring distance between boards and setting up camera behind one board while having both boards visible (player throws from opposite side as camera).  Players must capture these setup steps while not stopping the video feed.  Setup steps shown below:

1. Begin recording using TimeStamp camera app at the contest start time (12pm EST for Virtual Event #7).
2. Verify distance between boards.
3. Place camera so both boards are visible, with player throwing toward the board with camera behind it.
4. Clearly state which round the player would like to skip.
5. Begin challenge.

Virtual Court Setup

PRIZE POOL: $3,000 (payable in ETH via NFT buyback)

CONTEST ENTRY: Contestants are required to own an NFT, share a BoardPunks post and send a direct message to BoardPunks in order to be registered for this event. 

JUDGING: All entries will be judged based on judges’ determination of the rules.

WINNERS: Any winners of the event will sell their NFT back to BoardPunks for the winning amount.  Ie. If one person wins this event, BoardPunks will pay $3.000 for their NFT.  If two people win, BoardPunks will pay each winner $1,500 for their NFT. Prize Pool / # of Winners = Payout per Player.  Players have the right not to sell their NFT, but this will result in forfeiting their winnings. 

TIES: In the event of a tie, Winners will split the prize based on judges’ discretion.

NON-WINNERS: Non-winners can keep their NFT to compete in future events.  The NFT belongs to them, they can do anything they would like with it.
